The use of Uniform Junction is subject to the following Terms and Conditions which set out the rules for how we operate so we request you to go through in detail. By using this website you acknowledge that you have read and you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to change the contents of this website, including these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice by posting such changes. Please familiarize themselves with the Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Shopping

The following Terms and Conditions apply to how we supply school uniforms displayed for sale, which you purchase through Uniform Junction. Nothing here affects your statutory rights if you are contracting as a consumer.

Contract between Us

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy items of school uniforms displayed for sale on this website. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance by sending an email that confirms the items have been dispatched. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you such dispatch confirmation.

Prices

All orders received are made to order as we carry plain stocks and then embroider or print the school logo as required. Prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added at the checkout stage, so you will be shown VAT inclusive prices before you make payment (please note that young children’s clothing and footwear generally has a zero rate of VAT).

In the event a school uniform product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we will notify you of the correct price and give you the choice of either purchasing the product at the correct price or cancelling the order. If payment has been charged for the purchase and you cancel your order we will, on return of the Goods, issue a refund. Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, you have no right to cancel or amend any order for any items of School uniform once placed and received by us.

Payment

We accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery. Your card is debited at the time of placing the order and sometimes a password may be required, which is an additional security measure requested by your card provider. All transaction information passed between this website is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our servers from our payment service provider are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can rest assured that nothing we pass to our payment service provider can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Delivery

We do our best to get the order to you as soon as possible and as a result some orders may arrive earlier. When the order is dispatched we send you an email, along with a tracking number so you can keep tabs on the shipment. We will attempt delivery of your order twice and will leave you a card each time to tell you that we have attempted delivery. After the second failed attempt your order will be returned to us and we will get in touch with you about how to proceed further.

School uniform items supplied are subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, the uniforms may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock. We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to deliver within the designated timeline and you may agree to an alternative delivery period or cancel the order. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.

Privacy Policy

We always seek to uphold the trust and privacy of our users seriously. Please take a moment to look through our privacy policy, which dictates in great detail as to how we process any personal information provided to us.

What about modifications?

Any change to the privacy policy, will be notified immediately – we will post those changes here so that you know about the date information we gather, how we might use it for purely marketing reasons and our third party policy when it comes to disclosing personal data.

How is the information used?

Confidential information is collected only with your consent. It basically includes your name, address and any other details you provide to us which identify you as an individual. It will be processed for the following purposes:

  • The information will be used for solidifying our relationship with you even more such as fulfilling orders placed by you, email/telephone numbers supplied to a courier company to ensure a timely delivery, processing transactions authorized by you etc.

  • If you have permitted us to do so, we might use your information to inform you of special offers, undertake product or customer research/development, and provide other marketing related data that may be of interest.
