Return and Exchange

 Every order placed with Uniform Junction is meticulously inspected before packing and dispatch, so there is little scope for complaints regarding product quality. We stand behind our products 100%.


We invest great time and effort so the order meets your requirements perfectly and exceeds expectations so you keep returning. However, glitches do happen, and we will do our best to rectify the issue. If you are unhappy with the purchase, please shoot us an email with details like the order number, which products, how many items, etc. We request you to do this as soon as possible, so we can address the problem quickly.


Returns & Exchange


If the product has been shipped to an incorrect address, you have received the wrong order, or the items have defects, please get in touch with us right away. We don’t refund as of now – returns are accepted in lieu of exchanges.


  • Please wait for a confirmation from our end before shipping the product back to us – we will acknowledge this via mail.

  • We will send you an email with detailed instructions on how to exchange your product once you receive our confirmation that we have given a go-ahead for return and exchange.

  • Please follow the instructions properly so it becomes easier on both ends.

  • We exchange products if the order has been shipped wrongly or have manufacturing defects.

  • It is advisable to contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please mention the reason for exchanging. Our customer care team will contact you accordingly.

  • Merchandise can be exchanged only if it is returned unused and intact. Used items will not be considered in this case.


Cancellations by the Customer


Customers can cancel an order before it is dispatched. We need to receive the cancellation request before the order is shipped – if are notified within this time frame, the order is considered as cancelled and your money refunded. However, the cancellation is void if the products have already been shipped.

At Uniform Junction, we are committed to completing every order successfully, but at times we might need to cancel orders due to unavoidable reasons. Under certain circumstances, it might not be possible for us to accept an order and thus be compelled to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. Reasons for cancellation on our end includes (but isn’t restricted to):


  • Limitations on quantities available for purchase.

  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.

  • Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.


Apart from payment related verification, we might ask for additional documents or personal information before accepting and processing an order. Our team will get in touch with you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or requires additional information to accept your order. In case of cancellation after payment, the charges are reversed, which will reflect in your bank account within a few days. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.


If your order is cancelled after your credit card/debit card has already been charged, then the charged amount will be reversed to your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation. The exchange process is initiated only after we receive the merchandise, which could take up to 14 business days. We try to get it done as quickly as possible so the matter is resolved.
