Why should I buy from Uniform Junction?

Being a one-stop shop for all kinds of school uniforms, we have the resources to fulfill all tastes and preferences, regardless of how diverse they are. Moreover, Uniform Junction offers you quality uniforms at the best prices – whatever your requirements might be, we are here to ensure they are met to the highest of standards.

What are the different modes of payment accepted?

All kinds of electronic payment are accepted, be it net banking, debit or credit card, etc. We don’t have a system for accepting COD (Cash on Delivery) payments.

Do you share personal information of customers with third parties?

As valued customers, we respect your privacy, so any information entered on our website is fully protected. It is solely meant for our use; nothing is provided to third parties – for example, we might share discounts and offers with via email. Other than that, your data is safe.

What products do you sell?

We sell different school uniforms for both and girls in a variety of sizes. Products can be custom made too – all you have to do is give us the details and we will get it done within the designated time frame.

How long does it take for an order to be processed?

If the products are listed as “Available”, it takes 5 to 7 days to get the order processed and ready for shipping. In case the products are temporarily not in stock, we will inform you accordingly.

Is there a minimum order value?

You can order 1 piece or 50 pieces – we have placed no “minimum value” restrictions. Client satisfaction is always our top priority.

Are there hidden expenses?

We have strived to set us apart from those companies that add “miscellaneous expenses to the final bill, thus bringing it to an exorbitant amount. There are absolutely no hidden fees involved. Any service charges or VAT will be clearly mentioned in your invoice – we believe in transparency.

Is international shipping available?

 

No we focus on domestic shipping only.

What is your return/exchange/replacement policy?

If you have received damaged items (dispatched from our facility), we will exchange it for fresh goods. Please note we don’t assume responsibility if the items are damaged in transit – in that case, it is the carrier who is liable. No returns are accepted; only exchanges are permitted.
